Baptism Requirements/ Requisitos para Bautismos

• A copy of the Birth Certificate of the child/ Copia de la Acta de Nacimiento
• Completed "Application for Baptism" documents/ Solicitud Completa para Bautismo
• Attendance in Baptismal Preparation class. This is required for parents and godparents. This class help provide and support parents in the on-going faith formation of their child. / Asistencia las clases prebautismales. Este es un requisito para padres y padrinos para que les ayude a formar la fe de niño.
• Godparents must be fully initiated Catholic (baptized, confirmed, received First communion), be at least 16 years old, and living in harmony with the Church./ Los padrinos deben de ser católicos que tenga los tres sacramentos de iniciacion sin son solteros o si son casados los cuatro sacramentos (bautismo, primera comunión, confirmación y matrimonio) Debe tener por lo menos 16 años y estar en harmonya con la Iglesia.
• A Copy of corresponding sacrament certificate of the God Parents  ( If single Confirmation Certificate, if Marry Marriage Certificate in the Church)Copia del certificado correspondiente de los padrinos. (Solteros Confirmación, Casados Matrimonio)
• Baptism preparation class for parents and godparents needs to be scheduled when registering. In order to register for the class, please contact the office./ Las clases de preparación para padres y padrinos se agenda una vez entregada la registración en la oficina. 
• After the completion of the class, your child's baptism will be scheduled./ Después de completar las clases entregara el comprobante en la oficina y se agendara el bautismo.

Baptisms are celebrated during the Sunday Mass on the fourth Sunday of the Month!
Los Bautismos son celebrados cada cuarto sabados del mes a las 11:00am
